What we collect through this website and the VOX LEAD beta, and what we do not.

Arcade Arena Labs.
Arcade Arena Labs is an independent brand of professional audio software based in Los Angeles, California. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What the website collects.
This website has no accounts, no store, no forms and no comments. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from third-party services.
Like any website, it is delivered by hosting providers (currently DigitalOcean, behind Cloudflare). To deliver and protect the site, they process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server and security logs. Cloudflare may also set a short-lived security cookie (named __cf_bm) to tell visitors from automated traffic; it is not used for tracking or advertising. We do not use this data to identify you or to build profiles.
E-mail.
If you write to us, we receive your e-mail address and whatever you choose to send. We use it to answer you and, if you asked about the VOX LEAD beta, to manage the beta. We may ask for your DAW, plugin format and operating system so we can help you.
What the plugin does on your computer.
The VOX LEAD beta does not connect to the internet and does not send us any data, including your audio. There is no telemetry and no account in the plugin. Its license is checked on your computer.
To apply the beta period, the plugin keeps a small record on your Mac with the license number and the activation dates. The record is protected with a key derived from your Mac’s hardware identifier and stays on your Mac. We do not receive it. Your beta license also carries the beta tester number we assigned to you.
Retention.
We keep an e-mail conversation for as long as it is useful to the beta or to support. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask any question about this notice. Write to [email protected] and we will reply as soon as we can. If you are in California or another place with specific privacy rights, we will honor the rights that apply to you.
